LAWRENCE R. PHILLIPS

Lawrence R. Phillips joined Perry & Spann as an associate in August 2004. He attended UCLA as an undergraduate and during his senior year, was an exchange student at Georg-August University in Goettingen, West Germany. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He went on to attend Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, where he made Dean's List and served on Law Review.

Mr. Phillips has considerable trial experience in both civil and criminial law. The most recent of his twenty years of experience are focused in the field of insurance defense and, in particular, the areas of general tort liability including premises liability, products liability, and fraud. He is also experienced in the area of contract litigation. He maintains licenses in both Nevada and Hawaii.
