CHARLES W. SPANN |
Charles W. Spann is a shareholder with the firm. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1982 and has since been admitted to practice in all the courts in the State of Nevada, the Supreme court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Spann graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a B.S. in Political Science in 1978 and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1982 with his J.D. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Product Liability Advisory Council, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Defense Research Institute, the Northern Nevada and North California Associations of Defense Counsel, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Washoe County Bar Association. Mr. Spann practices in the areas of product liability, professional errors and omissions insurance, bad faith and civil rights. He is a member of the Products Liability Advisory Council (PLAC). |
